Well, I slept very late today. A couple hours later than usual. When I did finally drag myself out of bed and weigh, I was down almost 2 lbs...to 215.4. We'll see if those numbers hold steady when I wake up before dawn as usual (which won't be tomorrow, because I'm going to a concert tonight and don't expect to get to sleep until well after midnight). Yesterday I had a very nice Carne Asada Steak from Chili's guiltless grill for lunch (370 calories). First steak I've had in a long while, and I enjoyed it. Ended up having a turkey hotdog for dinner just because it was simple, and I figured my lunch was my big meal for the day. This evening I'm going to cook my teriyaki chicken and have it with brown rice before going to the concert. Hoping I don't get too hungry during the show...I know there is food there, and I know none of it is anything I should really be eating.
