Yes wellington. So far tonight we're down from 12 to 6 confirmed fatalities, but they haven't been able to go into the building as it's unsound, caved in roof etc. So tomorrow they'll be going inside to see what the story is.

Old buildings have old wiring. Some areas don't force updated codes. I've lived in multiple buildings built in the 1920s, and all that was required was a fire escape ladder/stairs.
