Dumplings yum! ~ my weigh in today I'm now 68.9 from 76.9kg. In hindsight I do spent 2 hours a day in the gym throwing heavy shit around for no other reason than I love dragging bodies off into the woods so found an alternative...I'm also fun at parties 😂
