So I have had absolutely no motivation to exercise or eat right for the last couple weeks feel drained, sluggish and distant. My anxiety is through the roof and no matter what I do I can’t get it to settle. Panic attacks have been bad so I’m just being good to myself and doing what I need to keep myself going. Hope everyone is doing ok? Thanks for listening to me rant 😊

Thank you for the advice I have insight timer have used it for a long time. I’ve also got a CBT app and mood journal. And thank you for the hug sending one your way too 🤗

Have u tried Valerian Root tablets or Bachs Rescue remedy? All natural, herbal, gr8 for anxiety.....also my psychic/psychotic lol senses are telling me to remind u that u are watched over, uv to look for the feathers? And did u lose a pet recently? Coz I feel.like I have to send u love from a pet!

You are doing so well. Have a few weeks off, like you say and be kind to yourself. I tried music therapy when I was going through the same thing. I downloaded the smule app and done the free trial. Singing like an absolute mad woman. But god I felt so good and it really lifted my anxiety xxx

Sweetiepie- that's kinda what im doing now, there's 3 Wellness&Recovery Colleges in Scotland, in so lucky to have 1 in my town, they dont deal with ur journey or illness they provide ways of coping and getting ur stress out, I'm enrolled in a song writing class and also do a drumming class...I love it...battering a djembe drum, wee jamming session&meeting other ppl, brilliant.

Thank you for your suggestions I’m currently on medication so I won’t be able to have valerian root right now. No I haven't had a pet die recently:/ x

just focusing on my next step helps me with my anxiety... keep taking your meds :) at night I do guided meditation on YouTube and drink a big glass of red wine 🤪 ... helps a lot ❤️🙏
