Can anyone spare some willpower or maybe energy? Last night I overdid it with my snacking. I had a huge peanut butter craving and couldn't resist. So, I thought this morning I'd do my workout and work really hard. Well, I didn't hear my alarm, I woke up and looked at the clock and it was almost an hour after I should have been up to work out and by then I had to get ready for work. I'd do my workout after work, but I have to work later and by the time I get home I'm sure the family will be starving and want supper, and I hate doing a workout after supper. I'll try to make myself do a workout tonight like an hour or so after we eat, but I don't know if that will happen. I'm having a rough week so far.
