The knee is really giving me grief. Not able to do my exercise program . I did yoga yesterday, unfortunately I think that did it. Our church has been having special speaker last 4 nights, followed by snacks. ( more like a full out buffet) I’ve actually done good! but like I said before, it only takes a little for me to do a lot of damage. 2.5 lbs and triggered the cravings . But I’m back on track starting now. 👍
