Good luck with it. For me, the toughest part was getting adequate protein consistently. Planning ahead helps quite a bit. 😉

Thank you for support 🙏 want to try for a week and then slowly back for twice a week meal, it works the best for me. But agree 💯 need to plan in advance, it better works for me as well 👍
