Yesterday a new journey began. After three years, three surgeries, being diagnosed with spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia, i am back at the gym. I trust that this past three years will make me stronger and wiser and able to help others going through the same . I believe with God’s help i will be healthy and fit again.
