Good evening from South Africa. I have list now 16.8kg and need to go another 10kg then I will be on my goal weight. I have just been diagnosed with Cronic Kidney Dicease and am struggling with the diagnosis. I am also Diabetic T2. Are there somebody out there with the same issues that I can just get some sort of help from. I am really very desperate. Some days it is fine then other days I am totally of my wheels. I have my diabetes under controle but yo , CKD is a killer. Thank you in advance.
