it's a proud moment for me.
As soon as I started this journey, I also gave up alcohol in January.
We drank EVERY weekend, and it was really getting hard to handle my alcohol at some days.
standing up with hangovers and black outs for the night before.

I am really proud of what I achieved as not just losing weight but changing my life for the better.

I can't wait to go to the doctor and see improvements to stop my chronic medications as well.

It's one hell of a journey, but this journey is worth every second.
I feel happier and getting more confident in how I look. ♡
