I haven't been on FS for 1 month and 10 days? WHHAAAA? Time flying way to fast. I have been experimenting with the maintenance phase and found that I am NOT ready for that. I am going back to my 20 grams of carbs today because I feel better and I am able to have more will power in the induction phase. Hope everyone had a nice 4th!

Welcome back! I am under the belief that I can "never" go back to the way that I had once ate-before my wt. loss. I think a treat once in awhile keeps me happy, and helps me stay on my diet! Much success to you! :)~Ann
