Yesterday … I went out with friends to play trivia at a bar.
Did great. Comparatively. I’m up 4/10ths a pound but I’m sure that’s the salt/alcohol water retention and eating after 7 pm.
I ate a slice of cheese pizza before I went.
Had 2 Tito’s and water. 20 oz of water. Only drank half of the other. Had one bite of tater tots, sweet. potato fries, bite of bacon burger.
This semaglutide is wow!
Having said that you really do have to focus on protein and nutrients.
