I have been going from 198-201 all week, which is good I have not gained anything back. I joined a new gym that i ride my bike to and then work out. I like the machines and I can go anytime. It is open 24/7 I am going to work out for about an hour, lifting weights and drinking my protein drinks and water. I have a hip problem and can not walk very well, but I went on the treadmill and I could jog on it? I find that interesting!

Wow - great! Jogging on a treadmill is different - be careful though, it can irritate your hip after a while. Do they have a glider or elliptical? That has less impact.

Hi HCB I jog for about 5 minutes right now, no effect on the hip yet, I have tried those other machines and they actually hurt my hip when I use them, strange isn't it!

Ahh - yes, maybe it is the rotation movement with the elliptical that bothers you, Glad you can find something you like.

I enjoy working out lifting weights and working my arms on the machines.. jogging is good because it makes me sweat big time
