Okay So I have come to the conclusion that I have have plateau an month now :(

That happens sometimes. Have you thought about kickstarting your metabolism by changing it up a bit? I knew someone that ate more calories one day and about 500 calories less the next day just to change things up and it seemed to help her get out of her plateau. Keep going though, just look at it as learning how to maintain. The key is to never give up :)

Like Dory from "finding nemo" says .. just keep swimming, meaning dont give up .. you can push thru.. and I agree with FatSwatter, maybe mix it up bit. Hang in there..

I agree with FatSwatter - change something up. Increase or decrease calories or carbs, add exercise, drink more water..and do not give up!
