A lot of discouragement with all the obstacles but trying to stay on track. It’s getting closer to exam time and all I want is carbs. Between the heat exhaustion and foot pain, not feeling much like exercising.. just being honest. I’ve been browsing for some new shoes hoping something will be a solution for the foot pain. But don’t have the luxury to try before I buy so I will keep researching. Hope you all are having much success. Have a great day!
