This headache I've got showed up with a serious case of the munchies. I had a cereal bar and a bottle of water, but I'm still wanting to munch. I was going to check my calories and if I had room leftover I was going to munch on something else, but I can't for the life of me remember whether or not I ate breakfast this morning! I remember feeding my son, but did I feed myself? I'll probably go ahead and eat anyway. If I didn't have breakfast this morning then I'm barely over 1400 calories and I try to get at least 1700, and 1900 is the maximum that I allow.
