Journal de Anita Cocktail, 01 sept. 09

I was STARVING today and consumed a ton of calories and yet stayed within my Points. I really have to kick the workouts back up. Even though I've been going to the gym consistently I've been doing less cardio and more weights. I downloaded a new iTrain workout for my iPod so I'm planning to do that tomorrow. I'm a little petrified of gaining back the 5 lbs I lost!

Good job staying within your points! I have been tricking myself into eating less by cutting my points down by 2 so I have a little bit at night for snacks. Kind of like setting your alarm clock off by 5 or 10 minutes and you know it but you get tricked a little. I think if you are worried, you'll keep track of those 5 pounds and keep them off - Good Luck!

I suppose I've already been tricking myself a bit because I never give myself Activity Points and RARELY dip into my flex. I guess I should just accept that I'm still burning more than I'm consuming and calm down. : )
