Lightly salt the bowl to keep it eggs from sticking (osmosis), then whisk 2 eggs, 1/4 cup nut milk,1/4 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup oats, and 1/4 cup blueberries. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.
