The StairMaster is my arch nemesis. I’ve always been okay with walking, biking, and even light jogging, but dragging my butt up and endless stream of stairs has always been my definition of hell. Last week, I decided that I wanted to change that, so I am setting one of my non scale goals to being able to spend 30-45 minutes on the stair master at a moderate to high intensity without stopping. Last week I started with 5 minutes and it absolutely destroyed me. Today I was able to do 10 minutes before I called it quits. Although at the end I felt a little wobbly and out of breath, it actually felt really good to be able to see the difference from last week to this one. Hopefully by this time next week I will be able to add a few more minutes to that time.
