60 days in after I finally got serious about losing my weight and changing my eating and exercise habits. It's hard but worth it. Down 20+ pounds. Like all of us know the being hungry all of the time is hard but I am finding that junk food does not really seems appetizing anymore. Although, the pizza they had at work smelled wonderful. I just hope the aroma is not fattening. I never realized that my weight varies as much as 5 pounds during the day. My unmedicated blood pressure is in the safe range and getting lower everyday. My goal is to be 170 pounds by September 30.
Stay at it everyone it is well worth it.
