Vacation day two. Weighed in yesterday at 231.7 before hitting the road. That was up 1.5 from the day before. Today I weighed 233.2, up another 1.5 after a high cal day with more carbs than usual. My sister Judy is making sausage, eggs, and potatoes for breakfast, and tonight we’re visiting my cousins, who I guarantee will have an amazing spread.
