Breakfast- 90% didn't finish 3-4 bites. "Neutral" feeling in stomach. Thinking about food to journal this makese salivate.
Lunch- stopped halfway through because I almost ate a spider 😵 and was immediately 100% full.
Lunch part 2- 70-80%
Snack- 60%
Snack- 50%
Dinner- 75%
