So we have this pizza thing at work today.....must say I can't resist pizza. So I'm only having a latte for breakfast; saving myself for all the pizza and water (at least I wont be having soda :))I'll be doing at lunch.
It's okay to indulge every once in a while right?
And tthis means I also have to go "do my time" at the gym and then woolworths fruit salad for supper.

Pizza and pasta are my weaknesses

They say a diet will not work if you do not allow yourself the ocassional treat sometimes. So allow yourself the occassional treat and try and stay under 1200 calories 6 days of the week, that works for me. I will never survive if I do not allow myself a chocolate somedays, i just reduce my portion nowadays.
