Woke at 214.4. Moved a lot of water overnight but still have a lot to lose. Will likely go over calorie target today with a lunch and dinner out. No workout tonight as we are going to see Book of Mormon at the Kennedy Center. UPDATE: Amazingly, stayed within calorie limits today although mixed up the macros a bit. Weighed 216.2 just before bed at midnight. Not too bad.
