Dinner was 4 oz. of pork tenderloin, 3/4 cup of ravioli, a cup of cauliflower & endive. Dessert (not pictured) was blueberries & melon. 😄

I see you're deep into blue berry season :) are you in an area where Saskatoon berries are available as well? very similar in most aspects. but a little smaller in size, with what id say more flavour. they grow wild in my yard. lack of rain didn't yield much quantity this year for us though.

We can find Saskatoon farms, most of the wild bushes are gone, & yes, I agree, they have more flavour than blueberries. 😄🫐

At least two things on your plate that for the moment I love, love, love. Pork tenderloin done any way, and cauliflower done any way. Never had endive...what does it taste like? (yes, I could snorf the ravioli, but haven't yet achieved the discipline to say no after just a few, so am avoiding it for now)

Endive is slightly bitter, mild taste, can be eaten raw or cooked.
