I wish I could sleep more. :( 7 hours and bing! I’m awake. I drink a lot of black coffee to not feel so hungry. 4-5 cups through the the day. Not sure that is healthy. But, I like coffee anyway.

I don't use caffeine so I guess stress causes me not to sleep well.
