The stairmaster is still not my best friend. 😭 I was however, able to add two minutes to my time of 10 minutes from last time (my last post included 10 minutes of stairs and a few minutes of cool down). Slowly but surely, working my way towards my 30-45 minute goal. I’m hoping to get to 15 minutes at a time in the next two weeks and then 20 minutes by the end of August. If I survive, I’ll post an update here in a few weeks. 😊

@desw I’m so glad to hear that! I started with 3 minutes at a time and just started working my way up from there so it’s more manageable. You can totally do it too! Someone told me that the best time to do it is at the end of your workout since it can be a little more taxing, so I think that sounds like a great idea! Join me and we can beat the stairmaster together!

If you add only 10 seconds daily to your previous best, in a year you add 1 hour.

@scalesdontlie- That’s true! I love that perspective of small manageable changes. That makes it much less intimidating. 😊
