I haven’t weighed myself in a long time. On summer break. But my clothes feel good and I really just know when my body is happy or not. I suffered for about a week with my celiac. I’m sure I got glutened more than once. 😩 Then adding sugar bombs on top of that. (Desserts) even just a little throws me into a physical “snit” . My gut is like a delicate baby. Sometimes I’m not a good parent. But when I am , my baby is so happy.
