Hit the gym again today. 5 interviews tomorrow (same firm). Semi stressed and decided to follow my body craving for a huge 95% lean burger. Ate fries too. Wth?! Lol. It’s ok.

Oh, what is depressing, like super depressing: i was 5/9” when 20. Then 5/8” when in my 40s. Wanted to get an exact current height to calibrate my exact BMI. Guess what?! Now 5/7”. Like wtf! Lol. Don’t care so much about the height but increased my current BMI from 27.1 to 27.9. So need to lose another 22+ pounds to make it under bmi of 25.
