Literally stuck at the same weight for two weeks. Still working out nearly everyday but admittedly under enormous stress. 9 interviews during this period. Three more next week.
I’ve kept my calorie intake below 1,600/ day but admittedly not below 1,300 where i see weight loss.
I guess it is possible that i am replacing fat with muscle but a bit discouraged right now. Just venting. Doubt anyone sees my post but a nice historical record for myself i guess.
Not losing hope. (Booked a session with my therapist so no worries). Lol. 😂🤣😳😘
