i started a new diet thats working better than my other one ... in the morning ill have like 2egg whites and wheat toast or some kashi cereal with skim milk ... 2 - 2.5 hours later ill have a protein shake or bar maybe even a cereal bar .. 2.5 hours later each my lunch (i diveded what i usually ate for lunch in half and ate it 2.5 hours later) then a small snack like beef jerky something with protein .. then dinner ... pretty much what i did was divde my meals into 6 - 7 portions a day ... because i caught myself getting hungry 4 - 5 hours later .. which isnt good because your body could trigger fat saving mode LOL ... as far as ideas with the meals this site is real helpful .. try stuffed cabbage with ground turky breast my fave lol ...
