For some reason my digestive system feels terrible! Feels like my food isn't digested, I don't even know how to describe it. Not only am I suddenly bloated but also retaining a lot of water. I get the feeling it could be related to wheat / products🌾😞. Best approach would probably be an elimination diet of sorts to figure this out? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Also look into FODMAPs :) struggling with this A LOT. If I eat bread I’m stuck for an entire week. Half a week if I do rice and potato together. There’s other stuff to consider like ability to break down or absorb gluten, gluten intolerance is more of a blanket term now as it is much more complicated

Process of elimination. Leave enough days in between. Carbs, Seeds, Nuts, Dairy, Pasta, Bread, Processed foods & sauces, veggies that cause gas. You have to stay hydrated with Water not coffee or tea or sodas or juices. What you eat and when you eat is also important. If you are concerned then consult your Doctor/Dietitian/ Nutritionist prior. Age dependent... always good to chat to your doc about a scan or Colonoscopy. I had Galbladder surgery 15 days ago. Never had the normal gallbladder symptoms BUT chronic body pain. Hormones play a part, could be a UTI...sooo many things. Don't take any digestives yet. Get proper guidance. When the GUT isn't happy then the whole body becomes unhappy. Best Wishes
