Mild stress eating but keeping the overall calories in check below 1,600 and have been hitting the gym most days for an hour plus a dog walk.
My goal next week is to hit it super hard with a stretch goal to get out of the 170s. Perhaps too ambitious as would be 6.5 pound loss but going for it. Lol
