I've decided that I'm going to carry over any extra daily calories to the next day and spend a day or so fasting at the end of the week if I have to, rather than having to be so precise in keeping within a specific calorie count on a daily basis. fasting for short periods does have health benefits, and I feel like it might take the pressure off of that urge to snack in the evening (especially on days when im genuinely hungry at night).. my theory is that going without for a whole day at a time will be easier than having to be disciplined every night of the week.. we'll see if it works out for me or not. fingers crossed.
