At the beautiful Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. This outstanding room has a scale in it. So I was able to weigh in yesterday and today. Woke up at 212.0 after a very nice dinner, drinks, and dessert at the award ceremony last night. Definitely off my macros but not a bad result. UPDATE: Had an AMAZING lunch at the Broadmoor, then flew home and only ate a Quest bar and bag of nuts on the way. Weighed 211.6 right at about 1am, so I’m very happy with the results of the trip and its effect on my progress. Will get back on my alternating days of 1830 and 1266 calories with Keto macros. Will work out Thursday night for a shot at something lower than my current 208.2.
