Last night I cheated a little. Instead of my shake for dinner, my hubby decided to treat us to mexican since the kids had a good first week of school. I did choose healthy though, a taco salad with fresh guacamole. I didn't eat all the bowl either. But I did help eat down the chips and salsa...but, an occasional treat is okay. =) Today a walk to the park and lapping it while the kids play will be a nice alternative to my quiet morning jog. Then off to do some shopping. A couple laps around wal-mart pushing a buggy with my 45 lb son in the front seat will burn off some more calories!
