Yum. But isn’t 10 g of walnuts only like 3 walnuts lol…I’ve stopped buying nuts completely :( I love them. My fat is usually 40% and protein at 25%…I want that switched! I feel like I have to make the choice between cheese and nuts.

Yeah pretty much lol. My fat and protein at usually consist at 30% and 30%. I get most of my fats from olive oil and nuts. I'm trying to stick with 40%C 30%F 30%P as per my doc advice. I was on the carnivore diet for 9 months I lost 50lb and felt great but it did a number on my BP, cholesterol and my blood work was not the greatest. So I'll stick with the 3 nuts over cheese even tho It's not as satisfying lol.
