Hi. I read your post and profile. Started to follow you. I am quite a bit older at 67 but almost identical in current weight and goals. My heaviest was 245 but I started on here at about 219 with a goal of under 200. I reached that and reduced goal to 180, which is about where I am now. I reduced my goal to 160 now. Looking forward to watching your progress too!

Mkdoyle, You’re Doing Great on your weight loss journey, despite your minor setbacks. I will encourage you to do as i am learning to do and that is:
Mind what matters and what matters is that you have
a healthy relationship with food. 🥘
Just remember that being mindful of what you eat by making healthy food choices is more important than canceling foods or depriving yourself. Don’t be so hard on yourself, plan ahead for your snacks, just like you plan ahead for your other meals. You Got This🧘🏾♀️🎶
