officially been one week of eating cleaner and getting in 6,000+ steps regularly! my daily average is 7k a day (up from basically a sedentary lifestyle). genuinely feel better overall. i can tell i’m retaining water and a little inflamed but that’s to be expected. looking forward to getting on the scale after this week, any loss is a victory!
