No workout this morning. I opened my eyes when my alarm went off and was greeted by a headache, so I flicked the alarm back on and opted to try to sleep an extra hour. I didn't get to bed as early as I wanted because I was up doing homework and then couldn't shut my brain off. Tonight I'm going to try to take a test in one class and read for another, help the kids with their homework, and then try to get a walk in if I have any time. Today is going to be a rest day (with a possible walk), then back to it tomorrow morning.
I'm trying to get on track with my eating, then last night I found butterscotch chips. Those are a weakness of mine. I did stick to a serving, but still shouldn't have eaten them. I need to start fueling my body better, especially in the evenings. Old habits are hard to break.
I suppose I'd better get to work. The headache from this morning is lingering, but not terrible yet, so hopefully it doesn't get worse as the day goes on. This could be a long day, but I'm going to try to stay positive and just check things off my to-do list.
