Finally a nice cool morning! So tired of the heat. At 5am I turned on the whole house fan and opened up all the windows to get the house almost as cool as outside.
I had listed a futon on Nextdoor about a month ago for $20. Trying to clear my house of furniture I'm not going to move with me next yar. I got no response. Then 2 days ago I changed it to "free" and added a picture of a coffee table and 4 end tables all free. I had paid $500 several years ago to get the coffee table and 2 nightstands refinished so it looks beautiful. I got about 6 or 7 inquiries and all the end tables are gone. Someone really wants the coffee table but I'm having a hard time figuring out when he can pick it up. Not sure about the futon although there was some interest.
I did so much at home yesterday, moving furniture around, vacuuming, washing off the front porch and the deck that I managed to get in over 15,000 steps and that was without taking Bobby for a walk. I've read that 10k steps is about 5 miles so if I can keep up the pace I'll do okay this week on the 30 mile challenge.
I did okay with my eating yesterday but something really bothered my stomach all day. Not sure what it was. I hope I am not starting to get sensitive to dairy because a huge portion of my daily protein comes from fat free milk.
