@erika ……. Wow, I never look at the cumulative but yes you are right, over 50 lbs. when I started my journey diagnosed with diabetes in 2018 I was at 226 lbs which was a lot for my 5’3” stature. It’s been a great year documenting and seeing my success. FS is a great support network 🙂

@morticia …….. it’s something I have to say out loud every morning to stay focused and in routine because it’s so easy to sway (for me anyway LOL). I respond to chips, for example because love them. Instead of fighting my craving I might give in and have a small bowl from time to time which works and it’s my treat, reward?
