I'm going to be honest and say that I'm not crazy about doing this. I have a hypo thyroid due to treatment from graves disease and I work out, exercise, walk, eat right all day and still lose no weight. It's very frustrating. I kick myself that I didn't start to truly watch what I eat in my 30s and 40s. Now that I'm in my 50s it feels impossible to change my body to something healthy and familiar to who I was. I know I can never be skinny and that is not my goal, but I feel like I should be rewarded for eating fish everyday and healthy vegetables and yet, I have NO metabolism. Fact. 2 doctors told me that. Very frustrated. But here I go. I will try again and try to stay positive. But a journal is a journal. What good is journalling if I'm not going to tell what I really feel at a particular moment, instead of customizing it because I know someone might read this. My thoughts are my thoughts. Weight challenge is a challenge.
