Need to try Tuna Steak. Never had it before but it looks really good.

It’s really good 👍 - you just have to make sure that you don’t over cook it or it gets dry because it’s so lean. It’s so weird having a fish that can be eaten medium-rare and it cooks incredibly fast. Omaha Steak Co has a good recipe / guide for pan searing Tuna Steak.
