sexy for the summer,
I am excited, I am proud of me , because today when I read my journal, I saw that I started this journal needing to lose ninety eight pounds, and now I need to lose eighty five pounds and six ounces, in order to be one hundred and thirty pounds . Today I weighed 215.6 pounds. I have a long way to one hundred and thirty pounds, but I am encouraged me. I am happy to see that I did some progress. I am still drinking three, ten ounces cups of water each day, in addition to the eight glasses of eight ounces of water, that I would have drunken for the day. Here is hoping that I reached my goal for the next summer. Here is looking at you , sexy for the summer .
