Aww, when I will reach (if I will 🤪) my target weight, I also will have full bowl of tasty frankfurters with mustard, pepper spiced tomatoes and thiiiiick slice of white tiger loaf with butter! And a coppa! ....

Hi Ta! Not if- WHEN!!!🤗🔥💪 I don't know what your eating protocol is but this was only about 550kcal, if that helps. I hope you enjoy it WHEN you get there!👍💪🍽️ Ps. These thin bagels from Lidl are a life saver - they are only 122 kcal per bagel! I would not loose weight without them!!👌

My eating protocol is almost all day food in 550kcal, all left would be some celery sticks, kale smoothie and apple at most . Plus favourite coffee 😁. I am getting myself out of sedentary lifestyle, desk job is a killa, so only food restriction helps to drop weight fast. Are you working out often?

Ohh wow! That's very little! How do you manage that? I am on 1200kcal a day and I walk my dog for 20-30 mins a day but not every day though. I have managed to consistently lost over 6kg in about 3 months - for me it is very sustainable way - more like a lifestyle change than a diet. I am very happy with it too. Another 4 kg or less to go and will go back up to 1500kcal to maintain my goal weight. Otherwise I also sit at the desk all day.

Lifestyle changes is only thing to work. I sim to have up to 1000 kcal per day as a little cheat: if I have less - feel brave, if have 100-200 more feel not too guilty, and as little carbs as possible, but I love fruits so can't avoid sugar in them and hence restrictions on calories. I'd love to have a dog, but I could not spend much time with pup, so have cat instead :)

As long as you stay healthy I suppose, I would find it difficult to stick to it - 1200 was hell for the first 2 weeks. Wouldn't go lower than that. But everyone is different and needs different solutions. So good luck to you! Ps. Maybe you can walk the cat?! 🤣💪😹🙀

😁 that was the plan - kitty has harness already and do kot mind to wear it. Next step is to persuade him that be outside of flat is fun 😂
