Staying under or around 800 is working. I need to do more exercise, even just getting my step count up, but thankfully I’m still losing, even if it’s the tiniest bit. I know realistically 100 or 200g is like a wee or poo, but I need these losses at the moment to keep motivation. Last week was down 600g, so hopefully this week will be more. I can feel the shift. My jeans west jeans run huge (16 is really 18, and 14 is really 16) but I made it into 14s (16) with an overflow roll this week. Next to lose the roll.
