I've been struggling so much over the last few weeks. Stress, emotional/binge eating has really been hard to get a handle on. I'm still dealing with a wound on the back of my thigh that won't heal, and that's been very frustrating as well. Hoping to buckle down and get myself back on track before I spiral completely ....

You are doing really well across the long-term -- one pound a week is great. The trend is downward, and that's what counts. If the thigh wound isn't healing, go to urgent care-- take are of yourself! You'll get back on track.
