Started 95.5 on 7.8.15 today 8.9.15 my scales teeter tottered between 88.6 & 88.4 so I chose to go for 88.5 and exactly 7kgs loss in 32 days which I am really pleased about and am just quietly going to set as my benchmark for the next 32 days .... setting off for the pool now with an extra pep in my step 👍🏽👣💃🏻👣💃🏻👣
