I have missed you!
I changed up my exercise and have added kettlebell workouts and switched my way of eating to something more sustainable. Also, my work schedule changed and it took a few weeks to get my bearings again.
NSV: I was able to put on, and wear without discomfort, a pair of jeans I haven't warn in years. Feeling really amazing about that, no matter what the scale says.
Scale: I've ignored it lately and will likely not be seeing it as much as I do not think about it the same way.
